We almost fell off our chairs when we tried the DS Tayman products. Not because we drank too much, but because of the quality of the bottlings. Dany Saltman , who is well-known in the island's alcohol industry, traveled around Scotland and bought barrels from well-known manufacturers . All whiskeys are single cask , 12 years old and matured in shyroke barrels . Really top-notch, but unfortunately only available in limited quantities.
Note: Mathias: I'm not particularly up to date on religion and alcohol, but Tayman products are apparently kosher. If anyone knows anything about this, I'd be happy to hear a few lines of "enlightenment".
