Shipping costs / delivery times

Our margin is not as "sweet" as our products. Therefore, we have to include shipping costs. This happens automatically during the payment process.

For orders up to CHF 150 we require a logistics contribution of CHF 10.-

For purchases of CHF 150 or more, we can waive the logistics fee and deliver free of charge.

At the moment, a delivery time of 5 working days (Monday to Friday) is to be expected. Almost all products are stored abroad, are delivered from there to our company in Rheinfelden, Germany, are cleared through customs by us and transported to the Swiss warehouse, packaged and handed over to the post office...there may be delays here and there. If we exceed the 5 working days (yes, that can happen), we will inform you proactively.

We only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Often with the Swiss Post, sometimes even personally.
