Packaging and sustainability

The webshop bringts.ch has a strong focus on sustainability and consistently uses environmentally friendly packaging.

We strive to reuse or recycle as much of the packaging material we receive as possible.

Our suppliers often use plastic packaging chips to safely protect the valuable products. We encourage our customers not to throw them away, but instead to take them to a disposal site, where in most cases they can be disposed of free of charge in special boxes or bags.

These boxes and bags are popular with traders and industry to protect their own goods for shipping - another sustainable aspect.

Although we haven't received many chips made from starch-based materials so far, we don't really see any point in doing so. Using "food" as packaging material doesn't fit with our philosophy.

To ensure the best possible protection for bottles, we also use plastic sleeves that we do not buy but receive from a company that purchases the plastic from a spare parts supplier. Here, too, we focus on recycling.

The outer boxes are made of recycled material and can easily be disposed of as cardboard.

We do not see ourselves as do-gooders, but we do our best to reconcile sustainability and economic aspects.
