The philosophy of Wilson & Morgan
Wilson & Morgan operates under the motto of the highest quality standards as one of the few non-Scottish independent bottlers with access to an exceptional selection of whisky casks. The single malts of this brand, which mature for between eight and fifty years, are characterized by their refinement in selected casks such as sherry, port or Marsala. Bottled in Edinburgh, the whiskies always retain their natural color and are presented without chill filtration, which gives them an excellent reputation among connoisseurs around the world.
Wilson & Morgan product lines
Tailored Selection: Specially developed for fine dining, this line offers exclusive whiskies that round off any gourmet experience.
Classic Selection: This line includes whiskies that come from barrels personally selected by Fabio Rossi. With alcohol contents between 46-50% vol., they offer a full-bodied aromatic experience, such as the Benrinnes 2011/2022, which has rich notes of cherries, candied oranges and pastries.
Cask Strength Selection: Here the whiskies remain at their original strength straight from the cask, giving them a distinctive identity. This series consists of single cask bottlings or small batches from casks from the same distillery.
