Description
These whiskies aren't tied to a single style or location, but rather capture the wild character of the Scottish islands. The Six Isles brings together single malts from the islands of Orkney and Islay, Skye and Arran, as well as Mull and Jura. Established independent bottler Ian Macleod has created truly unique blended malt Scotch whiskies. No other blend captures the essence of the islands.
The Six Isles Voyager is bottled at its ideal drinking strength of 46% ABV. Thanks to the absence of chill filtration, it unfolds its full aroma – from peppery, slightly smoky spice, wine gums, and floral and maritime notes on the nose to lush, oily notes with wood, citrus fruits, and a touch of peat on the palate, to a long, smooth finish with salty and sweet notes.
