Teeling Amber Ale Cask is a bottling from the Teeling Collaboration series. The basis for this whiskey is the Teeling Small Batch. After the whiskey was first matured in bourbon barrels, it was then given a 15-month finish in an Amber Ale Cask. This is a barrel from the Dot Brew brewery in Dublin. Teeling had previously lent the brewery whiskey barrels so that they could mature their ale in them. After the barrels had soaked up the beer well, the whiskey was then poured in for the finish.
