This Shortcross Irish Whiskey is a rye and malt whiskey that was distilled, matured and bottled at the Rademon Estate Distillery from a unique mash bill of 100% Irish malted rye and malted barley. This special distillate was allowed to mature in a combination of virgin chinkapin wood and ex-bourbon barrels.
The whiskey is not chill-filtered and not colored.
