With the new Shortcross 5 Year Old Distiller's Duo, the Rademon Estate Distillery is taking another unusual approach. It blends single malt and single pot still whiskeys into a new creation. Master distiller David Boyd-Armstrong used exclusively his own distillates and aged the malt and pot still in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and virgin American oak casks. This allows the distillery character of the Rademon Estate Distillery to shine through in the Shortcross 5 Year Old Distiller's Duo. At 46% ABV, the new Shortcross whiskey is a new core release and is now available directly in Germany.

The whiskey is not chill-filtered and not colored.
