The Powers John's Lane Distillery became famous for its pot still whiskeys, which have an explosion of flavour and character, and for one of Ireland's most famous brands: Powers Gold Label.

Single Pot Still Whiskey is unique to all of Ireland and especially to the Midleton Distillery, Co. Cork. It is also considered the quintessential Irish whiskey. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Pot Still Whiskeys are characterized by their full, complex flavors and a wonderful, creamy consistency.

The whiskey is aged for at least 12 years, mainly in American bourbon barrels and a small proportion of Oloroso sherry barrels. The result is a single pot still Irish whiskey with incredible aroma and complexity.
