The Yoichi Single Malt is produced using traditional methods such as distillation in directly coal-fired pot stills. This perfectly captures the authentic character of its coastal location on the island of Hokkaido in northern Japan. A balanced whisky with a fine peat profile and sea aromas.Useful information:
