The grain whiskey is slightly predominant and its natural, soft structure is supported by the spicy complexity of the single malt. McCarthy's Irish Whiskey is distilled three times and , after being stored in ex - bourbon barrels , has been finished in Oloroso sherry barrels , which gives it a little more depth.
