Tasting Notes

Nose: Raisins, Demerara sugar and heather honey with notes of fig jam, molasses-coated hazelnuts and cinnamon.

Palate: Honeycomb, syrup cake and muscovado sugar, followed by plum syrup, caramel and ginger spice.

Finish: Notes of Christmas cake and maraschino cherries.

With over 50 years of expertise in the maturation and blending of single malt whisky, the Master Blender selected a single Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheon for the German market. After 12 years of maturation, the mahogany-colored whisky indulges discerning palates with luscious, autumnal notes of raisins, fig jam, ginger spice, and plum syrup, with The GlenAllachie's signature touch of heather honey.
