Nose: Sweet start with a malty base note. Fully ripe grapes meet honey-drizzled Galia melon against a background of milk chocolate. The fruity notes diminish over time, allowing for more presence of block malt and chocolate.
Palate: Pleasantly soft, round and mouth-filling. Sweet, fully ripe red grapes give way to dark chocolate with a hint of marzipan. A rounding trace of tannins completes the finish.
Aftertaste: Fading fruity sweetness, with dark chocolate. After the chocolate has faded, a pleasant bitterness remains and finishes for a medium length.
