Fairy Casks - Irish Single Cask Whiskey is the second bottling series from Irish-Whiskeys.de after the Black Rock series. In alliance with the mystical power of the Irish fairies, truly magical whiskeys with special barrel maturations and finishes are created here. To do this, Mareike Spitzer first personally selected the right barrels on site in Ireland. With an experienced eye for first-class barrels and a feel for great whiskeys, she created the high-quality basis for the first Fairy Casks. The magic of the Irish fairies then took care of the rest of the work.

The fifth bottling from our Fairy Cask series is a single malt whiskey from a white wine cask. And yes, you read that correctly, the whiskey was stored the entire time in a white wine cask, no finish this time. The Fairy Cask Single Malt Whiskey was bottled at 62.2%. As usual, this bottling has its natural color and was not chill-filtered. Each bottle is individually numbered.
