Echlinville Gin - a "field to glass" gin of the highest quality. The raw alcohol for this gin is distilled by the Echlinville distillery from the barley it grows itself. The barley is harvested from its own fields, dried on its own malt floor and then distilled in the copper pot stills.

Infused with local botanicals such as gorse petals and sugar algae from Strangford Beach. Echlinville Gin is complex yet very balanced. It impresses with floral notes and fresh citrus zest, as well as lavender, anise, juniper and coriander.

Sweet and smooth, with a malty character and a creamy mouthfeel, the Echlinville Gin is convincing. Echinville Gin can be drunk neat as a sipping gin or with elderflower tonic, lemon and mint.
