Daftmill 2009/2024 15 yo Fife Strength

Exclusive Single Farm Estate Whisky in traditional Fife Strength

The Daftmill Distillery is one of Scotland's few family-run farm distilleries . In addition to farming cows, potatoes, and carrots, the Cuthbert family has also been growing their own malting barley since 2005 – the basis for their limited-edition single malts.

As Daftmill's oldest whisky, this 15-year-old Lowland single malt combines the finest ingredients and traditional craftsmanship. The Optic barley is sourced from the farm's southern fields and distilled in two copper stills. The whisky was then matured in 20 first-fill bourbon barrels and a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask before being bottled at the region's typical Fife strength of 56.3% ABV .
