Alba Single Malt Irish Whiskey is one of three malt whiskeys from different oak casks from the Crolly Distillery in County Donegal.

Initially it was stored in ex-bourbon barrels and then in virgin American oak casks.

American white oak is primarily used in bourbon casks. However, here the Crolly Distillery uses new casks to finish its single malt.
