Brand new in our range, we now have Clonakilty Galley Head Irish Whiskey from the Clonakilty Distillery. In addition to its sourced grain content, the blended whiskey also contains self-distilled Clonakilty Single Pot Still Whiskey. The successful combination of ex-bourbon barrels and a finish in ex-Rhum Agricole casks gives it a well-rounded taste. Typical bourbon barrel aromas such as vanilla and honey emerge, as well as fruit and tropical notes. The wholesome pot still character of the distillate distilled in Clonakilty also comes to the fore. This character, as well as the accessible alcohol content of 40%, is very well integrated into the blend. A whiskey that will absolutely convince you.
