Blackwater Barry's Tea Gin was distilled and reduced with the well-known Barry's Tea. The Irish love Barry's Tea Classic and gin, so what could be more natural than distilling gin with tea? In addition to Barry's Classic Blend tea, fresh juniper, Sicilian lemons, green cardamom, angelica root and Spanish oranges were used. When black tea is distilled, it becomes spicy. After the gin has been distilled, it is reduced with brewed Barry's Tea.
