The Ballykeefe Distillery is located in the heart of Ireland, very close to Kilkenny. Morgan Ging has long dreamed of building his own distillery on the family farm. He wants to bring the tradition of distilling back to the farm. The Ging family has been growing grain for several generations and these records go back to the golden era of farm distilleries in Ireland. The special thing about this distillery is that everything from the grain to the distillate in the bottle is produced and processed on the farm. They also aim to produce no waste. The rest of the grain is used as animal feed for the farm's animals. The farm also has its own spring.

The vodka from the Ballykeefe Distillery is distilled six times, making it particularly smooth. It is then diluted with water from the farm's own spring.
