For the Powerscourt Distillery, the owners converted the old mill building from 1890. An impressive new building houses the production facility. This 18-year-old single malt matured in first fill bourbon barrels. Noel Sweeney personally selected the barrels for this whiskey. It is a first special bottling from the Powerscourt Distillery. This bottling is limited to 5,000 bottles. The long maturation in first fill bourbon barrels gives the whiskey a beautiful depth and complexity.
