Nova is Starward's single malt. The Melbourne distillers around founder David Vitale use the darker and slightly maltier "pale malt" malting barley typical of Starward as a basis. Matured in minimally treated ex-red wine barrels, Nova's taste maintains a balance between complex notes of berries, vanilla and caramel as well as fine spices.Facts
