Diageo's Distillers Edition is a masterfully selected collection of the finest single malts that embody the style of whisky production in their respective regions of origin. They mature in casks that reflect and complement the original character. The series makes this particularly clear by orienting its design on the respective original distillery, making it an eye-catcher on the shelf.

Part of the Distillers Edition is an Islay whisky from Lagavulin, whose peaty profile is tamed by expressive aromas such as dark oak and liqueur-soaked raisins from PX casks. Oban's neighbour, on the other hand, was given a second maturation period in casks that were previously used for Fino wine from Montilla. The result: an extremely complex combination of salty sea breeze, grapes, oranges and spices. The maritime, smoky character of Caol Ila is combined with Moscatel Casks to create a smoky, spicy experience with sweetness and fruit nuances.

The Highlander from Dalwhinnie pours into the glass like warm gold - after being refined in Oloroso casks with nutty and fruity notes. The Glenkinichie, on the other hand, is strong and spirited. The Lowland Single Malt Scotch matured in casks that contained the particularly complex Amontillado sherry. After being refined in port wine casks, the Cragganmore is characterized by sweet, soft and winey notes. The island distillery Talisker is represented with a bottling that combines maritime notes, figs and spices in the most delicious way - thanks to maturation in sweet Amoroso sherry casks.
