Now Nc'nean is setting a new milestone: The pioneers have bottled the organic whisky from the Core Range at cask strength for the first time - exclusively for the strong fan base in Germany . 4,998 bottles of Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky - Cask Strength are available.
It matured in a cask combination identical to the standard, but is bottled undiluted from the 55% STR Red Wine, 43% Bourbon and 2% Oloroso Sherry Casks . This means that typical notes such as sweet lemon cream, bright ripe fruits such as peach and apricot, and rye bread with herbal spices develop in a pronounced form at 59.6% vol. Cask Strength.
