With the eighth bottling in the series, Cónocht An Fómhair, Dingle honors the eponymous festival of the autumn equinox. Matured in bourbon casks and finished in rum casks, Cónocht An Fómhair brings aromas of fresh mint, rhubarb crumble, and candied apples to connoisseurs.
