A very exclusive Islay single malt, the taste of which could reveal its origin – probably from the southern part of the island of Islay?

When we purchased these casks, no specific distillery information was given, only that they hailed from Islay. Upon tasting, this isn't your typical medicinal Islay, but it is a great smoky whiskey nonetheless!
