Aroma: Sugared almond, toffee, raisins and nutmeg spice from the Oloroso cask complement subtle notes of coconut, apple and vanilla from the initial bourbon maturation.
Taste: A complex dram, intense and mouth-filling. Dark sherry notes with raisins and fine spices are balanced by coconut, vanilla and a light note of fresh, green apples.
Finish: Long-lasting, spicy and warming. Still with fruit compote and raisin notes. Delicate notes of bourbon vanilla are hidden in the background.
