From Argyll to Glasgow over a mountain pass. It rises to 331 meters in the heart of Jamaica. The Scottish pass and the Caribbean mountain could hardly be more different. Yet they share a name: Rest And Be Thankful. Resting, enjoying, being thankful for something good - that also belongs in the world of fine spirits, thought the two founders of Rest & Be Thankful Whisky & Rum Co. With Fox Fitzgerald, Eamon Jones and Aidan Smith had already gained extensive experience in the Scottish whisky business. With their Rest & Be Thankful Rum Range, they are now conquering the hearts of discerning sugar cane fans. This is achieved with authentic bottlings without additives, coloring or chill filtration. These include complex small batch rums such as the Monymusk 2012, an assemblage in the light style of the Monymusk or Clarendon Distillery from 24 American oak barrels.

Unique single casks. Monymusk 2000 was bottled from a single cask stored in both tropical and continental conditions - exclusively for the German market. Long Pond 1998 comes from the distillery in the famous Trelawny region, founded in 1753. With the 23-year-old exclusive bottling for Kirsch Import, the dream place for rum fans has produced an intense experience with roasted notes, dried fruits and a salted caramel finish.
