These environmentally conscious connoisseurs share a passion for innovative and sustainable spirits. And each of them is personally behind a whisky in the series, which expresses individual preferences with the help of barrel experiments or yeast tests.

For example: fruity, jammy notes with a hint of roasted spices. This is how Amy, Nc'nean's Head of Sustainability, likes her whisky best. Ecological principles are an integral part of her philosophy. Therefore, in addition to the typical STR red wine and bourbon barrels, her Nc'nean Quiet Rebels - Amy also contains whisky that has matured in rare barrels pre-filled with organic Maury. This fortified wine from France is produced in a similar way to port wine.
