The limited series is adorned with the Japanese symbol of spring: the cherry blossom. In addition, the barrel lids of some of the barrels used have been replaced with ones made of cherry wood. Mars thus offers a unique trio that ensures spring feelings all year round.
The Mars Komagatake – Japanese Spring Edition combines American oak and sherry casks pre-filled with peated whisky to create a complex profile of lush bright and exotic fruits, honey, cocoa powder and hazelnuts.
Fine smoke, exotic fruits and dark chocolate come together after maturing in bourbon, sherry and port casks to create Mars Tsunuki – Japanese Spring Edition.
