This 1st Fill Limousin Oak Hogshead has wonderful notes of caramelised pineapple and fresh apple juice intermingled with melted brown sugar and creamy vanilla fudge. Then there is lemon sherbet and poached pears before toffee and ground ginger spice showing the Inchfad-Style using the traditional Swan Neck Pot Still.
