Teeling often works with partners for the Small Batch Collaboration. For the collaboration, they worked with Dot Brew, a brewery in Ireland. First, DOT Brew was put into ex-rum barrels so that they could produce their Teeling aged Dark Porter. When this was finished, the barrels were returned to the distillery and filled with the Teeling Small Batch to give the whiskey the Dark Porter note. Above all, aromas of coffee, dark chocolate and dark peppercorns were created.
