The barrels for Clonakilty Whiskey are stored on the rugged cliffs in the south of Ireland.

This miniature set shows you some of Clonakilty's products. The whiskeys have not yet been produced in the distillery, but the barrels are already stored on the Atlantic coast. Micil Gin is already being distilled in the distillery. The whey-based gin has a lovely, smooth texture and impresses with its fresh citrus notes.

Also available in the set are Clonakilty Single Batch Whiskey and Clonakilty Bordeaux Cask.

Clonakilty Single Batch:

Aroma: vanilla, spicy notes, freshly mown grass, ripe apples and pears

Taste : Pepper and ginger notes, grassy notes, almonds, some vanilla

Finish: long lasting with spice

Clonakilty Bordeaux Cask:

Aroma: vanilla, dark red berries, rhubarb, malt

Taste : creamy, strawberries, honey, roasted wood, some spice

Finish: medium length with spicy notes

Minke Gin:

Aroma: Fresh, with fine citrus notes, light spicy note, juniper in the background

Taste: citrus notes, floral freshness, dark berries, juniper, sea fennel
