The Uais Triple Blend Irish Whiskey from the new Ahascragh Distillery combines the three whiskey styles pot still, grain and malt. These are matured in ex-bourbon barrels and virgin oak casks. The combination of different styles and the choice of barrels skilfully combines different flavors to create an astonishingly complex blended whiskey.
The bottle of Uais Triple Blend Irish Whiskey underlines the Ahascragh Distillery's overall environmentally friendly approach. It is made of recycled glass, the label is made of recycled paper, the cork is made of wood and the seal is made of a plant-based plastic substitute.
