This time, the cask virtuoso is treating us to an exceptional sherry finish. The Liberator Malt in Cream Sherry Finish is a double distilled malt that is 8 years and finished for 6 months in a cream sherry cask. Bottled at cask strength of 57.1%, the whiskey from this very special cask has strong caramel aromas, Brazil nuts come through, as well as a distinct spicy sweetness. This is accompanied by a hint of Cloves and figs. A profile that will delight every sherry fan.
