Redbreast Lustau is the latest edition of the Redbreast series. This whiskey was first matured in bourbon and then in sherry casks. This whiskey owes its name Lustau to the long friendship between the Midleton Distillery and the Lustau Bodega. The whiskey was matured in their sherry casks. The whiskey is between 9 and 12 years old. The whiskey was then matured for a year in first fill sherry casks from the Lustau Bodega.
