It is also considered the quintessential Irish whiskey. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Pot still whiskeys are characterized by their full, complex flavors and a wonderful, creamy consistency.

A wealth of aromas and flavours, Redbreast whiskeys benefit from the high addition of distillates matured in Oloroso sherry casks, giving it the typical Christmas cake character.
