With the Lady of Arms Axe Edition 1.0, our popular independent bottling series returns with its third edition. This Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey is once again all about the Irish warriors.

After bow and sword, they now symbolically swing the axe. For Lady of Arms Axe Edition 1.0, the single pot still whiskey distilled in 2017 was aged for 20 months in a Pinot Noir barrel. For this, we purchased the red wine barrel from the Rheinhessen organic winery Eppelmann. After maturing in Ireland, we bottled it at cask strength as you are used to. The alcohol content is 55.3%. The single barrel yielded a total of 288 bottles.
