Kinsale Gin brings the flavours of Kinsale into a bottle. The botanicals for the gin are all harvested by hand. 21 botanicals that have been carefully selected and harvested in the respective seasons.

Here, floral notes of meadowsweet, elderflower and elderberries are combined with the exotic aroma of lemon verbena and lemon geranium, which flatter the juniper. The sweetness of the elderflower combined with the bitterness of the juniper berry create a balance for a special taste experience.
