Killowen Distillery , the smallest distillery in Ireland, is located in the heart of the Mourne Mountains in the south of County Downs in Northern Ireland. Brendan Carty, the owner of the distillery, wanted to realize his vision here. He is a trained architect and designed the distillery himself.

The gin celebrates the highland and maritime botanicals that are picked locally by the distillery itself. It is bottled at 43% and also comes in a minimalist 500ml bottle. The taste is light, fresh and clean, especially when you add a little tonic and mint.
