JJ Corry, The Gael is a high-quality blended Irish whiskey that consists of 50% single malt and 50% single grain whiskey. This blend matured in sherry casks from Jerez and bourbon casks from Kentucky and offers a unique taste experience. Thanks to the collaboration with a renowned cooperage in Spain, complex sherry aromas emerge that give the whiskey a unique depth. The fresh sherry casks are sent directly to Ireland in order to be able to use the full sherry aromas.

The whiskeys that were blended here are between 5 and 30 years old. A whiskey that combines the new and traditional distilleries.
