Bunratty Irish Potcheen is made from barley and water. Potcheen was banned in Ireland for a long time and has only been legally sold in Ireland since 1997. Potcheen could be exported before then. It is a clear spirit that can be enjoyed neat or on ice.

Bunratty Moonshine Potcheen is one of the mildest potcheens. Usually these have at least 60%, but this one is only 40%.
