Aiteal Irish Gin is a gin that is made only from Irish juniper and Irish whey neutral alcohol. This makes it a 100% Irish gin. Aiteal is the Irish word for juniper and the name says it all. It is probably the most Irish gin of all gins.

It is one of the few gins in the world that is distilled only with juniper, without using any other botanicals. Of course, the gin has a very juniper-based taste, but it also has other green herbal notes.

As a gin and tonic we recommend an Indian, Mediterranean or Elderflower tonic.
