The Triuvirat , Battle of Kinsale Whiskeys, Vol.: 40%

Kinsale Spirit Company wanted to bring a catchy whiskey onto the market that was mild and smooth, but not boring. This is how "The Battle of Kinsale" series was born, which began with the Red Earl Irish Whiskey and was completed by the Great Earls Single Grain and Spanish Earl Single Malt Whiskey. In the future, they naturally want to expand their brands, but a distillery in Kinsale is also being planned.

Red Earl Irish Whiskey , Blended Whiskey, Vol.: 40%

Red Earl Blended Irish Whiskey is a combination of ex-bourbon barrel matured Irish grain whiskey and triple distilled malt whiskey that was allowed to mature for 45 months in ex-sherry barrels. The barrels were then married and matured for a further 4 months in ex-Rioja barrels.

Aroma: Notes of cherry, strawberry, rose petals, citrus notes, marzipan, almond and wood notes

Taste: Toffee, vanilla, roasted almonds, cinnamon, cloves, spicy notes

Finish: medium length with warm and fruity notes

Great Earl , Single Grain Whiskey, Vol.: 40 %

First the whiskey was aged in Rechar and Virginoak casks and then finished in Italian Sangiovese red wine casks as a tribute to his last days in Rome. Great Earl Irish Whiskey, a triple-cask whiskey, is as fearless as its namesake.

Aroma: sweet, vanilla, wood, marzipan

Taste: honey, blackcurrants, elderberries, white pepper

Finish: medium-long, creamy with spice

Spanish Earl Irish Whiskey , Single Malt Whiskey, 43% Vol.

Spanish Earl Single Malt Whiskey was first matured for 4 years in ex-bourbon casks and was then split into two different types of casks for a finish. Part of the whiskey went into ex-Imperial Stout casks and the other part into ex-Jamaica rum casks. The two triple-distilled malts were remarried and bottled after three months.

Aroma: dark chocolate, creamy, strawberry, dried fruits

Taste: coffee and dark chocolate, tiramisu, creamy, dried and tropical fruits

Finish: long lasting with raisins and some spice
