A well-rounded gin that's very tasty. A total of 13 different botanicals were used, including: apple, tansy, thyme, mugwort, elderflower, hawthorn blossoms, orange blossoms, lemon balm, lime, red clover, white clover, and, of course, raspberries.

As a gin and tonic, we recommend a classic Indian tonic or an aromatic tonic.
