Monks Distillery

The Monks distillery in the green heart of South Africa on the edge of the Karoo semi-desert, under the management of Nic and Di Davis, has specialized in the production of high-quality craft gins made from medicinal plants used in African naturopathy. Here you can follow the trail of African medicine with Skeletium, Fynbos plants and Cannabis Sativa. The distillates are all produced using the classic small batch process in the in-house copper distillery.
