Fruity - Bimber can do that outside of the world of whisky too. The best example: Kumquat Gin. For the juniper distillate, the London microdistillery combined eight predominantly fruity botanicals. Supported by classic ingredients such as coriander and angelica, but also orange and lemon, kumquats play the main role in this gin composition. The naturally small citrus species originally comes from China.
