FRC - New Yarmouth 1994/2024 - 30 yo (Jamaica)
Title
284.94 CHF
Volume: 0.7 liters | Alcohol content: 67.6% | Not chill-filtered | No coloring
Palate: Powerful and at the same time reserved, a real experience. Soft notes of caramel and molasses are joined by a hint of pepper and the typical, "dirty" Jamaican notes. Fruity accents - again jackfruit - alternate with subtle petrol and gas station notes before vanilla and caramel come to the fore. Despite the high alcohol content, the impression remains delicate, almost gentle, without ever losing control.
Aftertaste: The aftertaste is gigantic and remains present for a long time. Hot, spicy pepper notes mix with sweet caramel and a pleasant, quiet power that is reminiscent of a calm, steady wave.
