While in Ghana it is distilled in the pot still to produce a heavier spirit, the Vietnamese style is characterized by its lightness.
Married for a short time in American oak, the result is a delight for the palate with light and tropical fruits, vanilla and honey sweetness, herbal and floral hints as well as wood notes that taste great both neat and in a cocktail.
