We almost fell off our chairs when we tested the DS Tayman products. Not because we drank too much, but because of the quality of the bottlings. Dany Saltman, who is well-known in the alcohol industry on the island, traveled around Scotland and bought barrels from well-known manufacturers. All whiskeys are single cask. 12 years old and were matured in shyraz barrels. Really top-notch, but unfortunately rare... we promise top-notch enjoyment at a top price!
